From keepsake box to family heirloom. A heritage-inspired patchwork quilt, handmade from a selection of your little one’s outgrown clothes.
DETAILS
Our contemporary patchwork stripe design brings prints, motifs and plain fabrics into balance, and works beautifully with both jersey and woven fabrics.
Thoughtful details such as badges, buttons and pockets can be included.
This is a heavier-weight piece, ideal as a refined bed-topper or a cosy throw.
We use a thick organic cotton jersey backing in grey marl and bind the edges with a mix of spots, stripes and plain fabrics, chosen to complement your clothing. Quilting is finished in clean lines with neutral topstitching.

• Organic cotton jersey backing
• Finished with a contrast binding

• Approximately 90 × 130 cm.
• We typically need around 18–20 items of baby clothing (approx. size 6 months) for this style.

NOTES
Because each quilt is made from previously worn and washed clothing, you may see natural variation in colour and wear across the finished piece. This is part of the material’s character, and it means every quilt will be unique.
Due to the mix of fabrics, we recommend hand washing and drying flat naturally. After the first wash, the quilt may shrink slightly; this is part of the quilting process and creates a gently crinkled finish.
